The CHA2362-98F is a 26-40 GHz wideband Low Noise Amplifier with a very low noise figure of 2 dB and an integrated 3-stage amplifier.
It features a P-1dB of +9 dBm and return loss less than 13 dB. This product is designed on an internal GaAs 0.1µm gate length pHEMT process. The CHA2362-98F can be a replacement for the CMD190 from Custom MMIC.
It is suitable for a wide range of applications, from military to commercial communication systems.
